If your dog chews through the cover, it is covered under our warranty. We will send out, free of charge, one replacement bed cover (not including bed fill). This one-time warranty is good for up to 90 days from the day that K9 shipped out your purchase.
Our Guarantee for the Mini Tuff Bed and Tuff Bed Crate Pad
This is a one-time warranty per order. If your dog chews through the Mini Tuff Bed or Tuff Bed Crate Pad, it is covered under our warranty. We will honor and replace the Mini Tuff Bed or Tuff Bed Crate Pad free of charge. This warranty is good for up to 90 days from the day that K9 shipped out your purchase.
How to Process a Warranty Claim
What we need to process a warranty is: - An email sent by the person who placed the order (usually you) with your name and address
- A photo of the damage (you can also include a photo of the culprit if you like)
Send email with pictures to warranty@k9ballistics.com (it usually takes us about a day to get back to you)
General Return & Exchange Policy
In order to process a return or exchange, the bed must not have been used by your dog. If a bed has been used by your dog, it cannot be returned and it cannot be resold. This is due to strict health regulations regarding pet dander. This is a standard policy across the dog bed industry and is in place to protect the spread of disease and pet dander.
Returns
If you want to return a bed which has not come into contact with your dog, we will issue you an 80% refund* once we receive the bed.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered a bed that is too large or too small and would like to return or exchange it, please send an email with your invoice number and name to warranty@k9ballistics.com. If you want to exchange your bed for a larger size, simply send us your unused bed along with a check (or money order) for the difference and we will send you the correct bed. If you wanted a smaller size, send your unused bed to us and we will send you the correct bed and a credit will be issued.
For example, if you ordered a Medium size bed ($79) and realized that you would rather have an Large bed ($109), send a check or money order for the $30 difference along with your unused bed back to us. We'll send out your new bed thereafter.
