Jodi in the warranty department resolved my issue right away. My dog managed to chew through the cover, but a replacement is on its way...no hassle! Jodi offered excellent suggestions to keep my puppy from chewing the new cover. I will try using the bitter deterrent spray.

I have a black lab. Who loves to chew his beds. Have spent who knows how much on them. Have had one of the covers a couple of weeks and no attempts to chew. They are amazing!!!! even though not all fuzzy my dogs love them. BLACK LAB CHEW PROOF. If your dog chews up their bed you MUST GET this bed. Thanks K9Balistcs.

Received the replacement..you guys are the best!!! I have passed along your site to everyone! Including some K9 officers! If we have to replace again, I will definitely come back. i have a golden that is 1 year old and chews everything in sight. He chewed the corners a bit but could not tear or didn't want to tear this cover. It is the only one I have been able to keep. Ordering more!

We really like this cover. We were a little disappointed that our black lab was able to put good sized scratches in it in two weeks. She's not a hyper dog (actually she's a therapy dog) so we don't know if she didn't like the smell or what? We didn't wash it before we put it on. I contacted K9 and customer service was GREAT about immediately sending a replacement cover. So far she hasn't damaged it. Thanks for old-fashioned customer service. I will definitely order from you again!

I ordered this cover for my German Shepherd, and he loves it. The material is very strong and easy to clean. After going through 2 other beds I finally decided to purchase this cover. Well worth the money. If you have a dog that likes to chew, this is the cover that you need. Thanks for such a great product.

Heather, I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the new cover. Max is a huge German Shepherd and is so happy to have a bed. No issues with this cover. I left the original one on and slipped this one over it. Thanks again. We might be getting him a buddy and I know exactly where I will be getting the bed from!
